Operations Manager required for Australia’s Fastest Growing Logistics Provider
eStore Logistics is a technology driven third party logistics (3PL) provider specialising in servicing online businesses. Based in Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs, eStore provides international freight forwarding, warehousing, order fulfilment and distribution services Australia-wide.

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company looking for a high-calibre leader to join our team. We require a full time Operations Manager who is an Excel expert.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing of daily orders in our Warehouse Management System
- Direction and supervision of staff including being responsible for day-to-day operations
- Developing and refining operational processes
- Ensuring that business operations are efficient (resource allocation) and effective (meeting customer requirements).
- Liaising directly with clients, suppliers and partners
- Ensuring and maintaining data integrity
- Managing small ad hoc projects
- Resolving operational issues
It is a secure full-time role with opportunity to take on greater management responsibility with company growth. Initially, you will report directly to the General Manager.
To be considered you must have these technical requirements:
- Advance competence in Microsoft Office Suite of products mainly MS Excel.
- Excellent understanding of functions, macros and pivot tables in MS Excel
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business/Commerce or related discipline
