First, we listen to you. We gain a deep understanding of your business. We talk about your business, the type of goods that you deal in, your current logistical processes and limitations, and the logistical outcomes that you expect. Most importantly, we focus on your goals and business needs.

2. Plan
Most likely your business has many important logistical business needs and goals, with various levels of priority. eStore Logistics has been the logistics planning hub for some of Australia’s largest online retailers. We’ll carefully study the logistical requirements for your business and develop an actionable roadmap that can drive the design process.

3. Design
In this stage solutions come into view. We take our detailed understanding of your business and start solving logistical problems. Logistical operations are described in detail including business rules and processes. EDI (electronic data interchange) and information passing (receiving, despatch and inventory reports) reports are designed. Don’t forget that we integrate with your IT system or you can use ours!

4. Deploy
