The faster your logistics operation scales, the more data it generates, and the faster you need answers pulled out of it. Whether you need to catch a high-demand product before it sells out, spot a stale line tying up warehouse space, or see how your B2B and B2C channels are trending over time, Express now surfaces all of it in one place, without ever needing to raise a support ticket.

If you aren't already fulfilling with us, our Express platform is designed to give both customer service teams and the C-suite total transparency over the supply chain. From tracking real-time inventory and managing returns to editing live orders and integrating directly with our warehouse management system, Express puts control of your logistics directly in your hands.

Your homepage, now doing more

Every time you log into Express, you'll land on a new homepage built around what needs your attention right now.

  • Order status and exceptions: See your orders broken down by status: in pool, processing and on hold. For the first time, Express also flags exceptions automatically: orders with an ineligible carrier or an address validation issue, and orders stuck on hold, so you can catch what needs a second look without combing through your order list.
  • Slow-moving lines: See exactly which products haven't sold in a while, so you can act on excess stock before it ties up warehouse space you need elsewhere.
  • Lowest days of stock: The flip side. Express calculates how many days of stock you've got left based on recent sales, so you know what to reorder before you run out.

At a glance, on your terms: Track sales orders, units, and receipts over the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or month to date, so you always know where today stands against your usual pace.

Outbound insights: spot the signal in the noise

The Outbound dashboard splits your activity by B2B and B2C channels, giving you the true picture of what's leaving the fulfilment centre, and where it might be slowing down.

  • Created vs. Despatched: Compare what has entered the system against what has actually shipped. If your despatched volume is trailing creation, you can instantly see where the flow is slowing down.
  • Orders vs. Units: Track both metrics side by side. This helps uncover hidden lags, like a few massive B2B wholesale orders taking longer to process, even while your B2C orders move smoothly.
  • Shifting channel mix: Month-by-month tables show exactly how your B2B-to-B2C ratio is evolving, helping you spot if your average units per order are creeping up ahead of peak season.
Inbound insights: track what's actually on the floor

Knowing what is booked in is helpful; knowing what has actually landed is critical. The Inbound view focuses purely on closed receipts, stock our team has physically received, so your planning is grounded in reality.

  • Container and shipment tracking: Break down your inbound freight by loose cargo (LCL) or full containers (20ft and 40ft FCL) to quickly ensure unit counts align with your shipment volumes.
  • Returns monitoring: A dedicated returns counter sits right alongside your inbound flow, making it easy to spot if returns are spiking relative to your standard incoming stock.
  • Seasonal forecasting: Catch receiving patterns early. If your shipment counts are climbing but the units per shipment are dropping, you'll see the trend line instantly.

Both dashboards let you pull the full history back to when your account first started with us, so you're never limited to a fixed lookback window.
