Innovation: Robotic and AI-enabled ecommerce order fulfilment
Number of employees: 100 – 499
eStore Logistics’ autonomous mobile robots (ARMs) are based on a advanced technology that uses artificial intelligence to pick and pack products ordered and sent through online retailers to help get packages to consumers faster.
They can even move products around a warehouse, making stock-picking three to four times more efficient that manual picking. This help make eStore Logistics customers as efficient as possible, delivering them advantages in a highly competitive e-commerce environment. Customers include small online retailers right up to ASX-listed companies such as Kogan.
Leigh Williams, eStore Logistics’ founder and managing director, says his approach is turning what was once a staid industry on its head.
“The way we work is making logistics super sexy and exciting through the use of robots and other technologies. That has enabled us to attract talent across all areas of our business, whether that’s in finance, technology or sales.
We are finding the best of the best now want to come and work with us. It has created a really great place to work, filled with smart, intelligent, go-getting people.”
