eStore Logistics Launches Cloud based Logistics Software For eCommerce Businesses

December 15, 2020

MELBOURNE, Australia – 15 December 2020 – Ecommerce-focused fulfilment provider, eStore Logistics, has today launched Express, an online portal providing clients with immediate access to their logistics data, enabling them to easily self manage sales orders, purchase orders and returns, run reports, and track real-time inventory across all of its fulfilment centres.

Available for free to all eStore Logistics clients, Express is the company’s latest investment in customer-focused innovation. It follows the largest-ever rollout of robots and AI in Australian logistics, earlier this year, and complements its leading warehousing and fulfillment technology and systems integration capabilities.

Leigh Williams, Managing Director at eStore Logistics, said:

“We’re committed to creating a world-class warehousing and fulfilment solution for Australian ecommerce and omnichannel retailers. Express provides our clients with fast fulfilment at their fingertips, making it easier than ever for them to manage their business, wherever they are.”

By logging onto Express, eStore Logistics’ clients gain access to real-time inventory information, including the ability to create and edit products information on-demand and view product transaction history. Purchase and sales orders can be created easily, uploaded in bulk, updated and deleted.

Clients can also use the platform to view delivery consignments, real-time order fulfilment statuses, and report on sales and purchase order volume, plus much more.

This new technology platform provides eStore Logistics clients with full visibility of their warehousing and fulfillment operations and puts firm control of the operation in their hands. It also reduces their cost of logistics administration through insights and reporting. A complete list of Express’ capabilities can be found here.

Rapid approach to innovation

eStore Logistics used best-in-class rapid application development to build Express in just 18 months. The cloud based logistics software has been operating in pilot with a small number of customers since February 2020.

Pete Neal, Group Head of Operations at Temple and Webster said:

“One of the reasons we chose eStore Logistics as our fulfilment partner is its relentless commitment to innovation. Its excellent operational capability and systems integration provide huge benefits to us as a business, as well as our customers. The approach to Express was no different. The speed-to-market was incredibly fast, providing value we could immediately feel.”

Systems integration that does the heavy lifting

eStore Logistics already makes it easy for clients to integrate existing systems with its warehouse management system.

Ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento and BigCommerce; accounting platforms such as Xero, MYOB and Intuit QuickBooks; and leading enterprise resource planning systems like SAP and Oracle Netsuite can be integrated in just minutes. This enables sales orders to flow seamlessly through to eStore Logistics’ systems, tracking numbers and sales order fulfilment confirmations to be sent back to its fulfilment system and inventory synchronisations to be performed.
