The business is rapidly expanding and currently has 7 fulfilment centres (FC) across Australia. eStore Logistics has recently introduced Australian-first goods to person picking technology that utilises autonomous mobile robots at its Victorian sites and continues to cement itself as a market leader in the 3PL space.

What are we looking for?
We currently have multiple vacancies available for LF to commence ASAP within our Bankstown and Marsden Park sites.

What will you do?
 

• Execute daily activities efficiently, safely and in line with SLAs
• Provide systems, administration and clerical support where required
• Assist in driving labour cost to specified target costs per unit
• Contribute to building strong team ethos that facilitates continuous improvement and a high-performance culture
• Record, measure and analyse workplace and operational data via WMS
• Follow all laws, regulations and policies, and adhere to traffic management rules and safety
• Perform picking duties using a trolley
• Sort, pack, tape and label customer orders
• Operate a computer to pick and pack orders, receipt goods and perform cycle counts
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition
• Participate in toolbox talks as directed by management.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily KPI’s

• High level of verbal, written and reading communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals
• Time management and ability to follow direction
• Problem solving and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, work towards deadlines and under pressure
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and operate computer systems

Additional requirements:
 

• Prepared to undertake any additional training to complement the operation.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residence.
• Reliable transport to and from the workplace
• Australian Forklift Licence
