About the Role
As Implementation Specialist at eStore Logistics, you will be accountable for delivering new customer onboardings from handover through to operational go-live. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, IT and customers to configure solutions, manage risks, align expectations and ensure high quality outcomes that support ongoing operational success.

As Implementation Specialist at eStore Logistics, you will be accountable for delivering new customer onboardings from handover through to operational go-live. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, IT and customers to configure solutions, manage risks, align expectations and ensure high quality outcomes that support ongoing operational success.
What You’ll Do
- Manage implementation projects for new customers, coordinating internal and external stakeholders
- Translate contractual requirements into operational processes, systems configurations and SOPs
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and risk registers to ensure on-time delivery
- Lead customer workshops, readiness assessments and training sessions
- Validate operational readiness in partnership with fulfilment centre teams prior to go-live
- Provide post-go-live support and transition to business-as-usual teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation frameworks, playbooks and tools
- Experience in implementation delivery, project coordination or operations in logistics, eCommerce, SaaS or complex service environments
- Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence without authority
- A structured, process-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Problem solving capability and resilience in fast-moving environments
