Office Cleaner

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a cleaner who is responsible for ensuring all office, amenities, warehouse and common areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. The role supports safe work environments, contributes to employee wellbeing and
ensures daily, weekly and periodic cleaning tasks are completed as per the cleaning schedule.

What will you do?

• Prioritise cleaning and preparation of all meeting rooms at the commencement of every shift.
• Clean entrance areas including cobweb removal, glass cleaning, furniture wiping, dusting fittings and mopping floors
• Vacuum and spot clean all carpeted areas including high‑traffic passageways and common areas.
• Clean vinyl and tiled floors including vacuuming, dust mopping, weekly disinfect mopping and assisting with annual strip, seal and polish.
• Empty all office, kitchen and site rubbish bins, replace liners, disinfect kitchen bins and empty and maintain recycling bins.
• Clean kitchens and lunchrooms including sinks, drains, benches, appliances, cupboards, fridges, ovens, microwaves, tables and chairs.
• Replenish consumables including paper towel, hand soap, dish liquid, toilet paper and sanitising products.
• Clean bathrooms including toilets, urinals, taps, vanities, mirrors, mopping floors, replenishing supplies and quarterly deep cleaning.
• Maintain office cleanliness including dusting, desk wiping, glass cleaning, cobweb removal and internal
• window cleaning.

• Complete daily sign‑off of tasks in the Cleaning Checklist.
• Monitor cleaning consumable and chemical levels; notify purchasing when stock requires
• Follow all SOPs for safe cleaning practices including correct PPE use, cleaning product handling.

Additional requirements:

• Travel required between sites (must have own car and licence)
• Early morning, late afternoon or weekend work may be required depending on operational needs. Normal hours of operation 7am – 11am
• Must be able to safely perform physical and repetitive tasks.
